 摊铺机熨平板使用之前，我们需要做什么来保证熨平板的正常使用

1.每日目视检查，看是否有什么问题。

2. 必须检测机械式熨平板的高度调整部件的锁定螺丝（1），确保它们正确地运行，并且被锁紧螺母牢牢地固定。

3. 必须定期检查扭力支撑（2）与液压伸缩式熨平板之间的高差。

4. 使用前后，都要用清洗剂冲洗热熨平板。此时，夯锤和振动器、刮板输料器和螺旋分料器应低速运转。“—2”系列的机器有一种专用清洁模式。
5. 伸缩油缸和所有内部导向管需要涂上硅润脂，从而防止沥青粘黏。
6. 滑块和机械式拱度调整部件需要涂上铜油。

Before and after use, rinse the hot ironing board with cleaning agent. At this time, the rammer and vibrator, scraper feeder, and spiral distributor should operate at low speed. The "-2" series machines have a dedicated cleaning mode.

5. The telescopic oil cylinder and all internal guide pipes need to be coated with silicone grease to prevent asphalt from sticking.

6. The slider and mechanical arch adjustment components need to be coated with copper oil.
